Sure, you should care. As a website owner, it’s common for people to “spoof” mails from me to other people – one time it was some pretty bad stuff. So it was good for me to be able to show the user it wasn’t really from me because I was not in New York at the time it was sent (5 minutes ago). Pretty good tip for verifying what you are getting.
