States Planning to Require License to Sell on eBay

I know the governement is looking into many ways of Taxing Internet usage. Is this the tip of the Internet tax iceberg? The idea you’d need to pay for training for something you already know how to use so you could be “bonded” is quite a racket don’t you think?

CNN reports that North Dakota and other state governments are trying to pass laws to require people who are selling for others on Ebay to purchase an auctioneer license, attend classes (for a fee) and become bonded.
