Blogs and discussion forums have been buzzing today about a flaw in Google Sitemaps, a service that lets site owners view statistics on their incoming traffic from Google.com. The vulnerability apparently allowed people with a Sitemaps account to view traffic stats on sites they don’t own, including popular sites like eBay, AOL and even Google’s own Orkut.com.
