The other day I presented 5 tips to setting your New Years resolutions. I really encourage you to get on it either today or tomorrow.
Here’s something you can use as you do set your resolutions. Tony Robbins has posted a free 18-page goal workbook titled The Power of Momentum: 7 Steps to a Fulfilling 2006 in PDF format. It would be a helpful supplement to keep nearby as you set your New Years Resolutions. You can get it here
