Less Sleep but More Energy!
Posted under Achieve-IT!I’ve started to intensify my aerobic workouts lately. Doing a lot more running, a lot more stair climbing.
The result? I am waking up at earlier times in the morning and not struggling so hard to get out of bed. My energy level is staying higher during the day too. This makes the pain of the exercise much more bearable - to see a payoff so soon into the game.
Sure, the jury is still out, but at least I am feeling great the past week or so. I’ll keep updates to let you know if the energy goes away or not.
