How to Test an Interaction for Integrity

Do you deal with integrity? Are you ever challenged on what the right decision is to make when you are dealing with other people? Over at Kristie T’s blog, she has posted a 4-way integrity test you can use to make sure your interactions don’t give you a guilty conscience later.

The 4-Way Test of the things we think, say, or do:

1) Is it the Truth?
2) Is it Fair to all concerned?
3) Will it build Goodwill and Friendships?
4) Will it be beneficial to all concerned.
