The comedian/actor Jim Carrey has made some major changes to his diet he is saying make a big difference in his attitude. He has eliminated wheat, dairy, and sugar from the list of things he eats due to it affecting his clarity. And has cut his coffee drinking from seven cups of coffee to one.
He says, “I’ve also cut way back on caffeine, which I think is a major health problem, especially for children who are drinking too much soda pop and coffee.”
It’s funny, I always thought coffee would contribute to Jim Carrey’s success as a high energy comic. Personally, I enjoy my one travel mug of coffee every morning and have an occasional (maybe once a week) cup in the afternoon or at lunch. It always seems to make me feel better. . Much more than that and I feel like I need to have my stomach pumped.
But how about you? Do you drink coffee? If so, how does it affect your attitude?

I actually recommend giving up coffee for a week by going over to tea and then slowly making the transition back to one cup. I drank green tea for a week and had a mild headache for a few days but nothing unbearable.
What I noticed was how much coffee constricts your blood vessels. Taking a break made me feel better (after several days), broke my addiction (I don’t HAVE to have it now) and lowered my tolerance considerably. Now I notice an energy kick with one cup and it’s all I need.
My daughter recently had to give up dairy products. I made the change as well so she didn’t have to go through the torture of watching me eat cheese when she couldn’t. I have never, so effortlessly, lost weight in my life. In the past 6 weeks, my stomach is much flatter and I’ve lost a few inches off my thighs as well. I haven’t changed any other eating habits. In fact, when we discovered dark chocolate didn’t have milk in it, we actually indulged in it quite often!!!
best regards, nice info
I do drink a lot of coffee and it does perk me up especially in the mornings.
