Would you like TaskBlaze Freeware for Pocket PC?

by Brad Isaac on January 22, 2006

Since posting the TaskBlaze beta software Friday, You all have made my day (Yes YOU!) by sending in so much feedback (most positive ). I appreciate the emails and blog comments.

It occurred to me yesterday that TaskBlaze software might be equally effective for Pocket PC users as well. But before I took time away from one of my other project to port it over, I wanted to find out if you felt it would be useful. I don’t want to delay something else if nobody really wants or needs it for their handhelds.

So let me know your thoughts on a TaskBlaze Pocket PC version. Would you like it? No?

I was JUST about to suggest this on the comments page of the original post. It’d be great to have this simple program easily launched from my Pocket PC.

However, I’d say that if you were to make this for the Pocket PC, please make it very small and very fast. One of the reasons I stopped using Achieve-IT were the extra program memory requirements.

Ditto to Andy. I’d love to see this on PPC!

I think that would be even more helpful. I’m out of the office quite a bit and would like to track how long I am in other people’s office working with them… also, what a great journal-like capturing of my day. I would love it to be in the PPC version. And of course, it would then need to sync.

the one request, for the desktop – is there anyway I can create a shortcut within Outlook, so I could actually have the icon on the toolbar? Just curiuos.

thanks so much…
Spike
