The Easy Way To Pressure Yourself Into More Action

Posted under Goals and Goal Setting, Motivation

Accountability.

If you are accountable to an associate you respect you will take more action and make more progress. If the person you are accountable to follows up with you, then that’s a bonus. You won’t want to let them down.
Be careful being accountable to a spouse for your goals. Odds are they will let you off the hook too easily. “Honey, you’ve had a hard week.” He’ll say. “You haven’t gotten enough sleep this week,” she’ll say.

Find a leader in your community and give them an email or call. They are probably busy, but most are open . If you become accountable to them they’ll hold your feet to the fire.
