		<description>Many people struggle with positive thinking because of their beliefs. Deep down, they don&#039;t believe that they are worthy of the goodness that positive thinking would bring their way. For example, if I don&#039;t believe that I can then I won&#039;t be able to think positively about my ability. Working on our beliefs could rightly be deemed as the first step in positive thinking.</description>
