Great resource! Never underestimate the importance of stress response reduction techniques - without them, life in the modern world can kill you! Also, remember that if you are always fighting saber-tooth tigers, your body shuts down the upper part of the brain - the bit that does all the creative thinking.

A little while ago I found an ad - I think it was on this site - for Sculptor 3, by Affirmware (www.affirmware.com.au). It has helped with getting more focus into my life, and definitely gives the ability to tap into that subconscious and maybe even the superconscious.

A daily task-list on my pocket PC helps with making sure I know what I have to do within the day, and concentrate on the important priorities.

Also, I use Achieve-It! to help me review my goals on a regular basis, and recognize what I have done. The major step I made was to cut down my list of important goals to just one. Amazing what a difference that extra focus makes! Hey, Brad, maybe the next version of AI should include a goal prioritization module! My main goal - I don’t mind sharing - is to become wealthy. I recognize that I am already very rich with friends, family, home, etc. Just short of enough net worth to retire … but I am now working on that!

Good information. I’m going to have to try some of these tips.

Rod, glad you are getting all your ducks in a row. Please tel me about the prioritization module? Achiev-IT already lets you set priorities in the ‘manage’ area. So you must be thinking something different.
