Somehow that lessened my enthusiasm. I also learned that at one point, lobster was considered such a lowly food that it was fed to prisoners. I still get caught up in the moment when offered lobster and I will eat it with a generous helping of butter. There is a local diner that makes an awesome lobster ravioli that I enjoy.
