Thanks for the great information. I have been looking for ages for a way to stop feeling so tired. I work up to 70 hours per week and sometimes I really don't have the time to get a full night's sleep.

However thanks to this information I have learned what I can do to make the most of the sleep that I do get.

Another great resource that has helped me a lot is http://www.alwaystired.info which showed me how to increase my energy levels naturally and decrease stress. You should have a look at this site because it has some very valuable tips.

Thanks again!

Brad, if you eat a larger meal, make it higher in protein. Carbs tend to push the snooze button for most people. I'd say, rather eat smaller meals more frequently. That keeps the blood sugar at a more steady level. And stop burning that midnight oil. You need your sleep!
