		<description>I think if you can make this one change, picking long-term satisfaction and achievement over short-term gratification is the hardest one and the one most likely to put you ahead. 

For me it was TV time. Had to go. Now I watch rarely and just to decompress. It was hard, it felt like I was curtailing my freedom. But after a few months, I am starting to see my sacrifices pay off, so now I know it was worth it.
