Outliers is not a self-help book. It’s not about how to get rich, is not about how to attract success. It’s a guide to survive when the success does not come, even if you worked hard.

It’s confortable to know that, if Bill Gates would be born nowadays, in a city in India, he would be, probably, a manager at a common IT company. Or, if he would be born in Taiwan, he would sale electronic gadgets.

This book reduces the distance between me and Bill Gates to one factor: chance.
