		<description>My wife and I have pulled out our treadmill, dusted it off, and begun walking. It has been a good thing. She is up to running 3 miles now and I can walk for nearly an hour. We have both dropped some pounds. For me it&#039;s been 20 pounds over the past few months. Good luck with your fitness goal.</description>
